1. Commitment
We aim to make the site usable with keyboards, screen readers, zoomed layouts, and common assistive technology workflows. Accessibility is part of ongoing product maintenance, not a one-time statement.
2. Current approach
We use semantic HTML, visible focus handling, scalable text, and responsive layouts intended to preserve readability on desktop and mobile. We also review contrast, spacing, card containment, and content runover issues as part of design maintenance.
3. Known limitations
Some third-party destinations linked from the site, external source documents, or embedded assets may not be under our control and may not meet the same accessibility standard. We may also discover regressions as the site changes, especially in data visualizations or new editorial templates.
4. Feedback and remediation requests
If you encounter a barrier, email desk@goldcoinscommemorative.com with the subject line "Accessibility" and include the page URL, the feature you were trying to use, the assistive technology or browser involved if known, and the problem you encountered. We will use that information to investigate and prioritize a fix.
5. Alternate format help
If you need help accessing content, let us know what format would be most useful and which page or material you need. We will make commercially reasonable efforts to provide assistance or an alternative where feasible.
